For generations, the Haji Ismail Haji Allana Charitable Trust has held a simple belief that no one should stand alone in illness, the pursuit of learning, or old age. From a modest sanatorium on S. M. D Road, our work has grown into an ecosystem of shelter, support and service, always rooted in dignity.
Our Vision
A society where the sick find shelter, students find opportunity, and the vulnerable find a family — regardless of where they come from, what they believe, or how much they possess.
Our Mission
To be a lifelong home away from home for those in need — offering subsidized accommodation to patients travelling for treatment, financial and educational support to deserving students, and compassionate care for widows, the elderly and the underprivileged.

The Scheme of the Trust was framed by the High Court of Bombay pursuant to the Will of the late Haji Ismail Haji Allana, dated 3 March 1910.
The Trust was formally registered under the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 — Serial No. B-506, Bombay.
A living institution, serving hundreds each year — patients, students, and those in need — with the same quiet commitment that has guided its work across generations.
